These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website https://prominentbleisure.com and all related services, including our transport, tour, and leisure experiences across the United Arab Emirates (“Services”).
By using our website or booking any service with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.
Cancellation & Amendment Policy
1.1 Attraction Tickets
- No cancellation, refund, or modification is allowed once the tickets are issued.
- No date or time change is permitted under any circumstances.
- Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the date and time mentioned on the booking.
- In case of attraction closure due to weather or operational reasons, the supplier’s policy will apply.
1.2 Desert Safari & Dhow Cruise
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the tour date.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
- Date or time changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 1 day prior.
- No refunds for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
1.3 Sedan & MPV Services
- Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled service time.
- Cancellations made after this period will result in a 100% charge.
- For airport transfers, any delay or flight change must be communicated at least 4 hours before the scheduled pick-up.
- Waiting time beyond the grace period may result in additional charges.
1.4 V-Class / GMC Vehicles
- Cancellations must be made at least 36 hours before the booking time.
- Any cancellation received within 36 hours will be fully chargeable.
- Changes to pick-up time, location, or date are subject to vehicle availability.
1.5 Buses, Sprinters & Stretch Limousines
- Cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to the service date.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking will be fully chargeable.
- Date and time change requests will be considered based on vehicle availability.
- No refund applies for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
- For large group transfers or event services, cancellation terms may vary depending on the booking size and event date.
1.6 Refunds & No-Shows
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking cost.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
- All refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
- Bank and transaction fees (if any) are non-refundable.
1.7 Important Notes
- All cancellations and modification requests must be submitted in writing (via email or WhatsApp) to our reservations team.
- The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in case of weather, safety, or operational concerns with the advice the guest.
- In such cases, a full refund or an alternative booking date will be provided.
- During peak seasons, holidays, or major events, stricter cancellation rules may apply.
- All bookings are subject to the company’s terms and conditions at the time of confirmation rules.
